Keynote:
Value Proposition can seem like an overused buzz word. We assume Value Propositions are important but few organizations can clearly define what they are. Even fewer organizations have a consistent process for developing value propositions that resonate with their target markets. As a result, organizations just provide a list of product features and assume that the customer can figure out the value proposition.
However, effective value propositions can totally transform an organization as well as increase the odds of a product's success.

What you will learn:
  • What most businesses don't consider when developing value propositions
  • How to maximize the impact of a value proposition
  • How to leverage customer insights to develop a value proposition that resonates
  • What is missing from most marketing messages
  • How product marketing can use a value proposition to break down organizational silos

After the talk, Neil will lead a working session where you will apply what you have learned from his talk to enhance the value proposition for your products or services.
